The d'accord.tvsuite features clearcut and straightforward work procedures. The played in video material is controlled and managed via the Jobcontrol of the Cologne company S4M - Solutions for Media. This application is fully integrated in the d'accord.tvsuite, so that played in material is immediately available for production in the central Content Management System for all users (audio and video). All current video sources are supported. File transfer has Aaso been considered entirely – an important aspect for the ARD (one of the large German public broadcasting stations). The user must only play in material, order channels for feeds or make video material available.

Doing so, in case the system has been configured accordingly, automatically an additional audio document is created when saving the video material. These different media documents are managed in the background of one database entry so that during the production process the entire material is available and no additional research necessary.

Depending on the application and production environment, HiRes material, LowRes video or audio files are offered. All the user has to do is start the appropriate editors. Controlling of the media data is taken over by the intelligent Mediathek – a product of the d'accord broadcasting solutions gmbh. The Mediathek makes sure no inconsistencies occur in the data base and that only media documents can be stored that are defined by the broadcasting station. The ingest cannot be implemented in a simpler and safer manner.
