• We normalize each music track and do aditional acoustical editing. This makes sure that every song is of the same volume and you will hear best sound especially if it is played at low volume (no acoustical gaps)
• Music bundles will be prepared to suit your requirements and stored locally- so music won't drop as it sometimes occurs with satellite or internet providers
• Integrated watchdog - it overlooks all player functionality- administrators can easiliy start/stop each single player via web interface from anywhere around the world (centralized administration!)
• Optional: Event planning/promotional tool: within the automated broadcast you can insert special audio events, announcements or tracks ( i.e.00:00 new year, excursion infos, restaurant highlights etc.) or prepared playlists to be started at a scheduled time
• Optional: scheduler: schedule different programs at different daytime
• Internet connection: Display- what has been played on your very own internet page (possible in a kiosk- or web based infotainment system and make even more offers (downloads, tickets and other items)

Technological facts:

• You will receive a playback software to be installed for as many channels as you have ordered. For multichannel you will have to install a multi channel sound card also, which can easiliy be connected to your audio system( usually 8 mono-Outs/server.
• music bundles will be provided by CD/DVD(first installation) and if you require updates the software player itself will automatically download these from a ftp-server if soundfiles are missing or we deliver them also via dvd. We will deliver Music bundles, profiled database, initial settings which can be altered t any time while system is running with an easy to use administration software.
• Every now and then the player calls for new playlist information, checks for music availability and writesa logfile. If an error occurs the player will alert administration via email.
• Each server has its own watchdog and auto start manager to control availabliity of each channel - online interface to start/restart or end each channel
• A Fallback system will make sure that music is being played from a Fallback list if access is lost. to the playlistserver is lost.
• Distribution: sound can either be ditributed through soundcard-audiocabeling or via Encoding/Streaming service into network/lan accessed by a website/player or any stream receiving device such as set top-box (depends on encoding used).
