stations and media companies have to fulfill many demands:
On one hand a central management system should reduce costs.
On the other hand the listener and viewer demands on-location
information and live coverage. The system architecture of
d’accord 3 fulfills these demands and provides a real
multichannel and multilocation concept for the optimization
of resources.
Via the joint Content Management System broadcasters and
broadcasting groups can interconnect various channels and
locations to the same data stock. This way all departments
are given access to an extensive information pool, without
having to set up and maintain own large - and costly - libraries.
A well thought through user administration system controls
the access and protects the individual interests as well
as not yet released material.
In addition to the joint usage of the databases certain
processes in external units can be “remote controlled” via
d'accord 3. This way for example commercial import
and the filing of the daily schedules of chosen channels
can be implemented from a central location. A further possibility
could be a music editorial office that serves all channels,
including rotation. This saves money without the programme
quality having to suffer.
By the way, the managed contents like text, pictures, audios
and videos do not have to be stored in the same place. Besides
the main location decentral regional studios, local broadcasting
studios and other affiliations can be integrated into this
system. d'accord 3 is as flexible and individual as
the customers themselves. The wishes and needs of the broadcasting
station concerning topology and IT-infrastructure are of
course considered in the adaptation.
